Staff & Student Wi-Fi has changed during the summer holidays. Irrespective of whether you used the wireless service at Bristol last academic year, you will need to follow the updated set-up guides, just once, before the Wi-Fi will work for you this year.
If you need help connecting to the Bristol’s eduroam Wi-Fi, head over to the help pages as the first step. If you can’t find a solution there, contact the IT Help-Desk in the Computer Centre: help-desk @bristol.ac.uk or visit the laptop clinic.
