Power distribution problems: Arts Library, Vet School, Senate House (resolved)

One of the University’s power distribution transformers has developed a fault and has therefore been shutdown.

Power is currently ‘at risk’ in these locations:

• Arts & Social Sciences Library
• Pre-Clinical Vet School (Southwell Street)
• Oldbury House
• Senate House
• Sports, Exercise & Health
• Computer Centre

The wireless service is currently offline in the Arts & Social Sciences Library and the Pre-Clinical Vet School due to power outage.

Power will be restored as soon as is possible. Further information will be posted here when it becomes available.

UPDATED 2009-09-18 10:44: Power to the Arts & Social Sciences Library and the Pre-Clinical Vet School has been restored. The wireless service is also up and running again in these areas.
